Gay adopted her first greyhound, WYLDE GUY, "GUY", in 1992. (He was
anything but wild!) She has been an active volunteer with GPA-NoVA
since 1999. When Guy went to the bridge, Chelby and Governor came
into her life. She has served on the board since 2004. In addition
to volunteering for GPA-NoVA, she works as a part-time bartender for
Foxfire Grill.

Angela Kummel

Angela began attending GPA-NoVA events in 1999 and was blessed with
Brady in 2000. Brady was a 'rehome' who raced in Tampa and now shares
his digs with a Bichon Frise, many cats, birds, and chinchillas. Angela
and the brood live in Reston and enjoy walking the paths and traveling
to various GPA-NoVA events representing what wonderful companions
the Greyhounds are.

Regan is the lucky "parent" of two greyhounds from GPA-NOVA and works as a nonprofit professional that supervises the accounting department for a $32+ million service-based nonprofit organization based in Manassas, VA. Regan has earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from George Mason Univeristy and has been extremely active in the nonprofit field since 1996. He also has served on a national nonprofit Board both as a volunteer and Board member, and has been involved with several nonprofit focus and fundraising groups.
Micky Foreman

Micky has been involved with GPA-NoVA since she adopted her first
greyhound, Jake, in 1999. Since 2000 she has served as co-chair of
the Adoption Committee. She has been a member of the Board of Directors
since 2001. In addition to volunteering for GPA-NoVA, she enjoys baking,
reading and working on her house, which she shares with her two greyhounds
and two cats. "I have so many dear friends that I have met as a
result of adopting these wonderful dogs--I can honestly say that my
greyhounds have changed my life!"

Kathy's involvement with GPA-NoVA began when she adopted her first
greyhound in November 2000. Shortly after that, Kathy took on the
duties of Volunteer Coordinator. In January 2002, she was appointed
to the position of Treasurer. In April 2005, she was elected to the
position of President.
Pam Follet
Pam has been involved with GPA-NoVA for many years. In February
of 1999 she adopted her first greyhound, Stella, and greyhounds
immediately became her passion! Rocky joined the family in October
of 2001 and Cooper in 2005. In her life away from greyhounds, Pam
is the General Manager of a hotel. She recently moved to Orlando
and is working with GPA - Orlando. She, Rocky, and Cooper live happily
with their two cats, Murry and Matilda.
Cathy Hanratty
Cathy adopted her first greyhound, Oshkosh Kazoo, "Grady," in
January 2004. Grady and Cathy began attending Meet & Greets on a
regular basis in February 2004. JD's Tiny Gal "Tasha" came into
the family in July 2004 as a foster and never left. Cathy began
sewing coats for GPA in the summer of 2004. She is a retired RN
but stays busy with GPA-NoVA and quilting. She lives in Alexandria
with her husband, Mick.
